I do not know, I think a lot. But I can say that every day 10 people tell me or write “Thanks to you I have lost weight, changed my life. Thank you!”. It is very motivating to do something further.
What inspired you to become a coach?
It seems to me that in life not a person chooses a path, but a path chooses a person. I believe in fate, and it so happened that my goal in life is to help people change themselves and their bodies for the better. A person should do what he likes and what he does.

What do you consider your greatest achievement?
The fact that I, a working mother, gave birth to a daughter.)))
How do you manage to combine a career with raising a daughter?
I don`t manage. (laughs). I don't have a nanny, and we raise Mia by the whole family. Sometimes I take her to work with me, so my daughter is business baby.
What do you answer to those who say "I can not lose weight"?
The answer is that there is not enough inner motivation. Usually, people find themselves motivated by external. For example: “my friend has lost weight”, “I want to lose weight before the bikini season” or “I want to impress my ex”. Roughly speaking, this is the motivation “for someone to see that you have become better.” But it never works for long. But the internal motivation works for a long time. When you lose weight and get the pleasure from it. When you are doing exercises in the morning, eating the right food, doing something useful for your body. Then the result will be effective, and you will be in shape even in older age. Therefore, first of all, you need to start doing something not for somebody but for yourself.
Now it is very fashionable to be bodypositive. What is your position?
I am for the positive in all its manifestations. But if you lead a wrong lifestyle, eat junk food, do not play sports - I do not consider this a positive. This is actually easy suicide. Recently, the ideals of beauty have moved significantly and dystrophic girls are no longer fashionable. This is good, since it was not quite an ideal ideal of beauty, which requires not quite adequate measures to come to this ideal. But a healthy body is what allows you to go hiking in the mountains for 10 km. Therefore, I am not for those prone to anorexia, and not for fat ones. I am for those who love their body. I'm for balance.
How to achieve your dream?
Look at children. If the child wants something, he does it right now, and he doesn’t think “I'll do it in a year.” This is the principle of my life - to realize all the cherished desires that arise. I do what I dreamed of. I dreamed of writing a book – I wrote it. I dreamed of dancing – I dance - the new season of the show “Dance with the Stars” has already started.
What inspired you to participate?
Sport makes you an “iron lady”. I realized that I want to become a little more sensual and
feminine. To do this, you can either bake pies, or go dancing. I chose to dance.
What do you expect from this project?
Everything I wanted from the project I get already in the process of rehearsals. Emotions, competitive spirit, new emotions and doing something new for myself. We already communicate with the participants and “butt” with a partner (laughs).
You travel a lot. What do you feel after returning to Ukraine?
One of my last trips was to USA. I had great expectations about this trip, I even thought about moving there to live for a while. This is an amazing country, everything is different there. I think everyone should go there. But it was the first trip from which we wanted to come back home so much. The more exotic and contrasted the culture and mentality of the country I visit, the more pleasant it is to return home.
How do you feel about the Ukrainian national cuisine, because many believe that it is not very useful?
Ukrainian cuisine is heavy for the stomach only because of what portions we have to eat. If varenyky - then a full plate. But if you eat portions of 300 grams, whatever it is, no kitchen will be heavy. By the way, one of the wealth of Ukrainian cuisine - salo is the most useful fat. If you use it (in moderation, of course) - you will slowly grow old. And everyone's favorite varenyky (if you want to lose weight) I advise you not to fill with potatoes, but with cottage cheese, cabbage or cherries.
What are the traditions of your family?
We always go to our grandmother's country house on weekends and spend a time together. Our main family tradition is that in any incomprehensible situation we are going to travel. And we have delicious and beautiful breakfasts every day. It is either somewhere or at home. Breakfast is our main meal that connects the whole family.
How will you celebrate the Independence Day of Ukraine?
In the hall, at the rehearsal for the show "Tantsi z zirikami."
What would you wish to Ukraine for the birthday?
I wish development. Good roads, beautiful lawns and happy children.
