Can I make an individual order?
We are meeting towards our customers, so we can make an individual order. All details of such a product are clearly discussed by two parties. We can change the style, embroidery pattern and thread color. But we do not replace fabrics (only those that we use in production) and the manufacturer of embroidery.
How to care for a clothes?

We recommend you to follow a few rules so that your items last longer and remain beautiful.
1. If you don't wear a thing for a long time — keep it folded. When storing products on hangers, the look may change.
2. Colored items must be washed separately and only with similar shades.
3. Recommended machine wash in gentle mode at 30 ° C + spin 400 rpm.
4. For hand washing, it's not recommended to unscrew the product. The best option is to keep your things in their original appearance and shape — roll them in a towel and gently squeeze.
5. Almost all of our products are ironed at a temperature of 110 ° C, which corresponds to one or two divisions in the temperature conditions of most irons.

Delivery services "Nova Poshta", "Ukrposhta":
Chosing this delivery method, specify the point of delivery in your city. If the clothes are in stock, we ship them within one business day after placing the order.Delivery is paid by the buyer upon receipt of the order.

Courier delivery (only in Kiev):
The cost of delivery in Kiev and the route is calculated according to the price of "Nova Poshta" individually.

FedEx, DHL International Shipping Services:
The shipping cost depends on the destination and the weight of the package.

Can I return the goods?

If for some reason clothes didn’t suit you, you can return or exchange it within 14 days from the date of the purchase. To do this, contact us by mail info@foberini.com or by phone +38 (098)-723-93-93

Return Policy:
— the item was not in use;
— she completely preserved the presentation;
— available all related items (seals, labels).

Exchange/Return Details:
— returning to stores and the showroom, you must have an identity document by yourself, a copy of the identification code and a check, an application for return is filled in place;
— in the case of a return using the delivery service, the thing is sent along with the completed application and a document confirming the fact of purchase (declaration by mail, sales or fiscal receipt);
— if a defect is discovered within 14 days from the date of purchase, the item is accepted for repair/exchange in the show room/shops or delivery service. We carefully check every item before shipping. Therefore, if there is damage, we can ask a photo or video confirmation of the defective product;
— all costs associated with the return/exchange of clothes in a good quality are borne by the buyer;
— exchange and return are possible only in the show room/store where the purchase was made.

Why do goods cost so much?
The price is determined by an individual approach to each product. All models are made by high-class craftsmen. Most of the work is done manually. On average, we use 6,000 m of thread per product. In general, a team of up to 10 specialists works on each product over 160 hours.
Is linen practical to wear?
In our production we use 100% natural fabrics of high quality. Linnen can be different by density and strength. Therefore, for different types of clothes, we choose the one that is due to the cut and the given characteristics.
