Payment, shipping and return

Delivery in Ukraine is carried out free of charge by the service Nova Poshta (to the specified branch or at your address). Delivery time is 3-5 days.

International delivery is carried out by Ukrposhta services (10-20 business days) and FedEx (3-5 business days) to the address indicated.

You can choose a convenient payment method for you:

• cash to the courier upon delivery (in case of delivery in Kiev)
• money transfer to our bank card
• payment by credit card through your shopping bag on our website
• payment in the department of "Nova Poshta" upon receipt of items

If the item is not available, and it is carried out for you by special order, you must make a 50% prepayment.

Please read our return and exchange policy carefully:

You can return or exchange the purchased product under the following conditions:

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• All returns are accepted in the original packaging.
• When exchanging or returning, the product(s) must not be worn, altered or washed.
• All tags must remain in place.

  Goods that have been damaged, soiled or presented without the original label and packaging may not be accepted and returned to the customer.

  In the case of returns and exchanges by mail, the delivery charge will be made at your expense.

  If the product has been damaged during use, we can offer repairs for an additional fee.
