Fashion Week is a major event that solidifies Washington as a capital of style in addition to political. The city has hospitably become a platform for designers from all over the world for 4 days.
In the show "The International Couture Collections Showcase" FOBERINI presented models from the future Spring-Summer 2022 collection. Brand was selected for its ethnic component, a successful combination of multifaceted Ukrainian culture and modern fashion trends, the spread of the principles of ecological fashion in the world. Collection received many positive reviews and became a real discovery for connoisseurs of fashion. The musical accompaniment was compositions of the talented band KAZKA.

The Spring-Summer'22 collection is infused with floral designs and enriched with authentic hand-made fabric drapery techniques. The collection is based on bohemian maxi dresses in bright colors, loose suits, light tunics and traditional shirts.
The brand show was organized by the Honorary Consul of Ukraine Iryna Mazur and took place thanks to the personal support of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the USA Oksana Markarova, the well-coordinated work of the team of diplomats of the Ukrainian Embassy in the USA, generous financial support from the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council and the support of the public organization Ukrainian Federation of America. FOBERINI expresses its deep gratitude to everyone who joined this process and gave the opportunity to show Ukrainian fashion culture in the capital of the United States.
The collection is about memory, femininity, beauty passed down from generation to generation, and a love for one’s roots. About Ukraine that we carry with us — through symbols, ornaments, and our own stories. It is inspired by the mallow flower, a symbol of love, family lineage, and spiritual roots in Ukrainian culture, also known by its dialectal name “ruzha.”

On August 16, 2025, FOBERINI officially opened its new flagship space in Kyiv at 17/19 Mykilsko-Botanichna Street. The event was more than just a commercial launch, both Harper’s Bazaar Ukraine and ELLE Ukraine described it as a cultural occasion. Friends of the brand, clients, stylists, and admirers of Ukrainian fashion gathered to celebrate.
