1.  EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Please read our return and exchange policy carefully so that you can complete your request as soon as possible.
You can get a return or exchange of your purchase, which is subject to the following conditions:
Returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 14 days from the date of shipment 
according to the legislation of Ukraine. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
All returns are accepted in the original packaging.
Returned garments must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place.
Returns that are damaged, contaminated or returned without their original labels and packaging may not be accepted and returned to the customer.
In the case of delivery by mail, return and exchange will be produced at your expense.  
The cost of the item will be returned within three days after the return in the same way that the purchase was paid.
If your item is damaged, we can offer alternative options such as repair or exchange. For more information, please contact our manager.

2. HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER?

You can buy the outfit you like through your shopping bag or by calling 098 723 93 93, 095 723 93 93. The manager accepts the order and answers all your questions. Calling us you will get a complete information about the products you like.

3. HOW TO PAY YOUR ORDER?

You can choose a suitable payment method.

Ukrainian clothing store accepts payments:

  •  in cash to the courier upon delivery,
  •  by transferring money to our credit card,
  •  by your credit card through your shopping bag
  • in cash upon delivery to the post office “Nova Poshta”

If the item is not available, and it is made for you to order, you must make a 50% preliminary payment. In such a case, the period of goods manufacturing is 10 days.

4. HOW THE DELIVERY IS ORGANIZED?

Delivery in Kiev is carried out by courier for free.

Delivery in Ukraine is carried out free of charge by the service Nova Poshta (to the mentioned post office or at your address). Delivery time is 3-5 days.

International delivery is carried out by Ukrposhta services (10-20 business days) and FedEx (3-5 business days) to the address indicated.

 

5. CAN I TRY ON CLOTHES BEFORE BUYING?

Yes, if you want to buy clothes in Kiev, then you may order the service “Trying-on”. Our courier delivers the goods you like home. The cost of this service is 100 hryvnias. When purchasing goods brought for you to try on, 100 hryvnias are deducted from the cost of goods. You can select a few items that will be delivered for you to try on.

6. HOW OFTEN THE RANGE IS RENEWED?

To obtain information about the range renewal, special offers and discounts – fill in this form. Choose a convenient way to alert: sms or e-mail and keep always abreast of the news!

7. HOW TO GET A CLUB CARD? WHAN BENEFITS DOES IT OFFER?

The Club card is issued to customers who have purchased goods amounting to more than 2,000 hryvnias. Discount system works on the principle of bonuses accumulation. You can learn about the system of bonuses and get a club card here.

8. DO YOU HAVE GIFT CARDS?

If you want to buy a vyshyvanka (embroidered shirt) or other clothing with Ukrainian symbols as a gift to your relatives and friends, but you are afraid not to guess their tastes and preferences, use the service “Gift Card”. The card is issued in the amount of: 2000, 5000 and 10 000 hryvnias. Read more about the conditions for obtaining the card here.
